The Annual General Meeting of our The Golf Course Allotments Association is the chance for people to have their say about what they think should happen for the next year at our allotment. If you have some good ideas, you can put yourself forward to join the Committee, or if you think you could do a better job, think of standing for one of the main offices - Chair, Site Secretary or Treasurer.

Your Committee organises the Annual Show, the Shop, the WC and makes sure that there are enough volunteers to run all these things as well as supporting our monthly Cafe. They also organise maintenance for the site, decide how to spend the money we raise with our activities, and try to ensure things run as smoothly as possible. You will need to be a paid up member of the Association to vote but if you haven’t already, you can pay your subscription at the meeting. You can also pick up one of the new membership cards we are introducing. We always need more people to get involved so if you want to make your voice heard, please come along on Sunday 30th at 11am.
